Tobias Barr
Bio
Tobias Barr is the Assistant Program Manager at the Plug-in Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Research Center (PH&EV) at UC Davis. He works with the Program Manager and Center Director to help manage the PH&EV Center. This includes executing outreach activities, assisting researchers, and coordinating program deliverables. His previous experience includes executing operations and maintenance activities, administering EPC (engineer, plan and construct) process, and supporting executive management at a wind energy company. Tobias also has experience writing grants for clean diesel demonstration projects.
