Phil Mann
Phil is an environmental science & management / bioinformatics & quantitative biology student at UC Davis. He assists the PHEV by updating and maintaining the website and helping out researchers with any web programming needs. The ability to use PHP to help combat automobile CO2 emissions makes Phil very happy.
