Jamie Davies

Jamie Davies is a Masters Student in the Transportation, Technology and Policy program at the Institute of Transportation Studies at UC Davis. Jamie acquired his undergraduate degree from UC Davis in Spring of 2008 in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning, with an emphasis in Energy Policy.
He is currently working with the PHEV market demonstration project to characterize PHEV use within households, and to identify the impacts of charging behavior on the grid.
Overall, Jamie is interested in the societal benefits of alternative vehicles, what drives consumer choice for alternative vehicles and the effects of feedback systems on vehicle use and charging. He is also interested in the effects of incentives on changing consumer preference for vehicle technology.
